Revised Schedule for Joint Inspection of Dimapur Bypass and Dimapur-Kohima 4-Lane National Highway

Deputy Commissioner of Chumoukedima, Abhinav Shivam, has announced a rescheduled date for the joint inspection of the Dimapur Bypass (Nagaland portion) and the Dimapur-Kohima 4-lane National Highway (PKG I & II). The inspection, initially planned for an earlier date, will now take place on November 15, commencing at 11 am.

Revised Inspection Date:
The joint inspection, aimed at assessing the progress and quality of the ongoing projects, has been rescheduled to November 15, with the assembly of the inspection team set for 11 am.

Key Officials to Attend:
In order to ensure a comprehensive evaluation, Deputy Commissioner Abhinav Shivam has requested the presence of key officials during the inspection. The invited officials include:

  1. Deputy Commissioner, Chumoukedima
  2. Revenue Officer, Chumoukedima
  3. General Manager (Projects), Project Management Unit-Dimapur, NHIDCL
  4. DPR (Detailed Project Report) Officer, Chumoukedima
  5. Authority’s Engineer
  6. General Manager, EPC Contractor

Assembly Point and Route:
The joint inspection team is scheduled to assemble at Patkai Junction from where they will proceed for the on-site inspection. This strategic assembly point has been chosen to facilitate a seamless transition to the inspection locations, ensuring an efficient and thorough assessment of the Dimapur Bypass and the Dimapur-Kohima 4-lane National Highway.

Purpose of the Inspection:
The inspection aims to evaluate the current status of the projects, address any potential concerns, and ensure that the construction adheres to the prescribed standards.
