Nature of Classroom
In India many schools are given priority only on employees’ (teachers’) degree and experiences in an interview. But in real life teacher needs “classroom management” as teachers are strictly forbidden using sticks or punishing students in the classroom. On punishing the complaint usually goes in an unfavorable manner towards the school administration which yields negative feedback from both the parents and the administration that makes the teachers’ vulnerable.

When the classroom is managed in such a way that teachers are able to impart the right education and most important, the right classroom etiquette, such negative outcome can be minimized or avoided. So, unless otherwise classroom management is good the teacher’s qualification and experiences will be vain in the teaching field. “A teacher cannot decide by himself to teach his students of what he has prepared to teach but his classroom management will decide”.

Dress Properly
An outfit is a representative of your outer self. Make sure you appear right and fit in front of your students. Choose the proper dress code that fits you perfectly as a teacher. Avoid Shabby and casual wears. If your dress code is not good your students will not respect you and if your students doesn’t show you respect it makes you uncomfortable and even impossible to control your class. So, dressing properly will really help you in classroom management.
Know your students’ names
As a teacher the first task is to get to know his pupils’ name. Make each and every As student familiar to you. Why knowing student’s name is so important? when a student disturbs the entire classroom you cannot scold him in general because that will make your class even more worse. You will have to discipline him by mentioning his name and focus on him. Maintain your special eye contact with him for some minutes and then your class will be automatically in your fingertips.
Get to know when and where to get students’ attention
“Think before you speak”. The best way to manage a class is to keep students under control before they even entered the class, do not use all your inspirational words while your students are not paying attention to you, look at the students, observe them and if they start getting bore of your teaching compose some new stories by your own not from the books or which they known. Telling stories in class is one of the keys to obtain good classroom management but do not spend the time lavishly by telling stories, otherwise they will inculcate the habit of listening to your stories alone, and it will make you to control your students only by narrating stories.
